• Local grocery delivery in selected West Delhi service areas, subject to availability

4. Customer Accounts and Login

• You must provide accurate account and delivery information.
• You should not share your password or account access with others.
• Kamayo may restrict, suspend, or close accounts involved in misuse, fraud, duplicate abuse, or policy violation.

5. Products, Images, Pricing, and Availability

We try to show product details, prices, images, availability, and offers as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to packaging updates, supplier changes, stock status, image representation, or technical delay.

• Prices, discounts, availability, and offers may change without prior notice.
• Products are subject to stock availability and serviceability at the selected delivery location.
• We may correct pricing/product errors and may cancel or modify affected orders where required.

6. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order on Kamayo means you are making a request to purchase selected products. Order confirmation depends on product availability, payment status, address serviceability, and operational feasibility.

• Kamayo may accept, reject, cancel, or partially fulfill an order based on availability or operational reasons.
• If an item is unavailable, we may contact you, remove the item, suggest an alternative, or adjust the order total.
• Order status shown on the website is for customer convenience and may update based on processing stage.
• Incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failed payment may delay or cancel the order.

7. Delivery and Service Area

Kamayo currently focuses on local grocery and daily essentials delivery in selected serviceable areas of West Delhi, including Nawada, Dwarka Mor, Vipin Garden, Uttam Nagar, and nearby locations where delivery is available.

• Delivery availability may depend on area, order value, time slot, stock, weather, traffic, and operational limits.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout or as per website settings.
• Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may change due to practical circumstances.
• Customers should provide correct address, landmark, phone number, and delivery instructions.

8. Payments

Kamayo may support cash on delivery, wallet-based payment where available, and online payment options through payment partners or payment gateways.

• Online payment confirmation depends on the payment gateway or service provider.
• Payment failure, timeout, or verification delay may affect order confirmation.
• Kamayo may store payment reference, status, mode, and order-linked transaction information for confirmation and support.
• Customers should not share sensitive card, UPI, OTP, password, or banking credentials with anyone.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation may be allowed before order processing, packing, dispatch, or delivery attempt, depending on the order status and product type.

• Once an order is packed, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may not be possible.
• Kamayo may cancel orders due to unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, failed payment, unserviceable address, suspected misuse, or operational constraints.
• If payment has already been received for an accepted cancellation, refund will be handled as per applicable refund process.

10. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds depend on product condition, category, delivery status, complaint timing, and verification by Kamayo support.

• Damaged, wrong, expired, or missing products should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
• Perishable, opened, used, hygiene-sensitive, or consumable products may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified issue.
• Refunds may be processed to the original payment method, wallet, store credit, or another suitable mode depending on the case.

11. Wallet, Points, Rewards, and Referral Features

12. User Conduct

When using Kamayo, you agree that you will not:

• Use false identity, wrong address, fake orders, or misleading information
• Misuse coupons, wallet, points, referrals, or reward features
• Attempt unauthorized access to website, database, admin area, APIs, or other users’ accounts
• Upload harmful code, spam, abusive content, or illegal material
• Harass delivery/support staff or misuse support channels
• Use Kamayo for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose

13. Intellectual Property

The website design, brand name, text, layout, graphics, icons, code structure, product presentation, and platform content are owned by or licensed to Kamayo, except third-party product images, brand names, or trademarks belonging to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, misuse, scrape, modify, sell, or redistribute platform content without written permission, except as allowed by law.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Kamayo may use third-party services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, delivery/operational tools, or external links. These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Kamayo is not responsible for third-party websites, payment gateway downtime, bank delays, or external service policies beyond our reasonable control.

15. Limitation of Liability

Kamayo works to provide a reliable shopping experience, but the platform may occasionally face technical errors, stock mismatch, payment delays, service interruptions, or operational issues.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from platform use.
